Review LA Fresh

Hydrating Lotion Wipes 6ct $1.99 (Special price for a limited time!)
These have a slightly fruity, berry-ish scent.

The lotion absorbs very quickly, lightly moisturizes, leaves behind the scent, and isn't greasy at all.

Makeup Remover Wipes 6ct $3.99
Pleasant scent similar to baby products.

Super soft cloth which removes makeup well, and leaves skin glowing.

Unfortunately, I think I may be allergic to an ingredient because I felt a bit of a burning sensation when using these wipes.

Eye & Lips Makeup Remover
Once again, a pleasant scent, and super soft cloth. Removes makeup easily, but sadly, the same issue as with the Makeup Removers. I feel a slight burning sensation when using them.

Nail Polish Remover Wipes 6ct $3.99
This wipe was much smaller than the others, but still large enough to remove all 10 fingers worth of polish.

The scent is much better than other nail polish removers I've tried. Most I can't tolerate, but I don't mind the scent of these one!

Sunscreen SPF 30 Wipes 4ct $1.99 (Special price for a limited time!)
Clean, slightly baby powder-esque scent.

Thick texture, but not greasy. Blends into the skin well, and is slightly less dewy looking than most sunscreens.

You get a lot of sunscreen on one wipe. I actually get multiple uses from one by just using what's on the foil--I usually just use it on my face & arms.

Oil-Free Face Cleanser Fragrance-Free 30ct $9.99 & Oil-Free Face Cleanser Refreshing Scent 30ct $9.99
These wipes are the same except for scent so my thoughts go for the both of them.

The scented ones have a lovely, clean, refreshing scent.

Once again, these have super soft cloths, and don't feel rough on the skin.

They cleanse the face well and tingle a bit--(I'm thinking maybe they have toning effects.)

They remove makeup pretty well, but I'd still use makeup remover for things such as mascara or eye liner.

This last item isn't beauty related, but I really like them so I thought I'd share!

Screen Cleaning Duo Pack 4ct $1.99 (Special price for a limited time!)
I love these for cleaning my laptop screen! They work amazingly well.

The two step system is also pretty cool. One towelette is wet for removing smudges etc, and the other is dry for removing any excess wetness from the wet towel, and shines everything up further!

Overall, I would recommend everything except for the Makeup Removers, and Eye & Lip Makeup Removers simple because it appears I may be allergic to something in them.

Duped! - Urban Decay Oil Slick

Top Urban Decay Oil Slick, bottom Wet n Wild.
Oil Slick is a deeper black with more glitter. The Wet n Wild shade (from the Greed palette) isn't quite as black or glittery, and doesn't have as much pigment, but can easily be built up.

If you want the blackest black with lots of glitter I'd recommend Oil Slick. If you're just looking for a deep shade with glitter I'd opt for the Wet n Wild.

Urban Decay Eye Shadows retail for $17.00 individually. The WnW Palette retails for around $5.00 for 6 shades!

Review Moon Valley Organics

Baby Bum Bar $8.95
I'm sure all of you are aware that I don't have a baby, but this is just so adorable!

Could you really resist the cute little bear?

I know what you're thinking "What on Earth would you use a Baby Bum Bar for if you don't have a baby?"

Use it as a lotion of course!

This product is great for soothing baby bums as well as adult.. non-bums.

It's excellent for those very dry patches that require a thick layer of protection & moisture!

Because it is pretty thick I would suggest using it overnight. Also, because of the thickness, I think this could be a good product for those of you with eczema (though they also make an EczaSalve.)

In case you're wondering, it has an herbal scent.

Lotion Bar $8.95
Where do I begin?

I. Love. This. Stuff.

If you fancy vanilla scents (as I do,) then you'll adore the scent of this.

The texture is slightly thinner than the Bum Bar, and it melts on the skin (unlike the Bum Bar.)

This, (as well as the Bum Bar) give my skin a dewy appearance.

What I love most about this, besides the amusing moon design, and lovely vanilla scent is the fact that is makes my skin soft. So soft!

Lip Treat $2.95
This has a scent similar to chocolate chip cookie dough. Some of the ingredients include organic lemon oil, organic licorice root, and organic vanilla flavoring--I think those are what help contribute to the sweet scent. I didn't notice much of a taste.

It adds some shine to the lips, and is quite thin in texture.

It's about light-medium as far as moisturization.

It's perfect for layering over a lip stain to add some moisture, and a little shine.

I usually don't mention Facebook pages, but they have some adorable photos of their baby animals on their Facebook so I thought I'd share them! https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.161632090521461.37009.161577443860259&type=3

Overall, I'd recommend the Lotion Bar, Lip Treat, and Baby Bum Bar--if you have a little one, or are in need of a little something extra for your skin!

Review Duchess Marden

Créme Cleanser $38.00 (for full size.)
Faint, clean scent.

Removes some makeup, but not long-lasting/waterproof makeup. Cleanses skin well without drying it out or making it oily.

Great everyday cleanser for dry skin!

Foaming Cleanser $38.00 (for full size.)
I love the scent of this cleanser!

It's a gel texture, and foams up a little bit, but not too much.

It was a little drying for my dry/combo skin, but it's ideal for oily skin.

Enzyme Exfoliant $46.00 (for full size.)
I expected this exfoliater to be more gel-like, but it's actually a somewhat thick cream with lots of exfoliating particles.

It has a clean, soapy scent.

It exfoliated well, and made my skin soft!

100% Pure Rose Water $44.00 (for full size.)
This feels lovely on the skin! I use it as a toner, but it can also be used on cotton pads over the eyes to combat puffiness.

It helps to remove any left behind makeup/oil after cleansing.

It has a light water-y-rose scent (makes sense!)

Face Créme $60.00 (for full size.)
Clean, perfume-y scent.

Very rich, and thick, but not greasy.

Leaves skin soft, and not oily---it doesn't absorb quickly, but it sets on the skin so it doesn't feel greasy, but you can still feel it on your skin.

Body Serum $72.00 (for full size.)
Gorgeous rose scent.

Absorbs pretty quick for an oil, and is really moisturizing--I like to use it on especially dry areas such as elbows!

It'd also be great as an overnight treatment.

For more information about this brand or their products visit http://www.duchessmarden.com/

Overall, I would recommend everything, but the Foaming Cleanser except for those with normal to oily skin!

Top is Cherry, bottom is Wet n Wild.
Cherry is slightly lighter, and has tiny bits of glitter as well as some shimmer. The Wet n Wild shade from the Petal Pusher palette is more frosty/shimmery!

Urban Decay Eye Shadows retail individually for $17.00! (The Cherry I have is from the Skull Shadow Box.) The Wet n Wild Petal Pusher palette retails for $4.99 for 8 shades!

Have you recently discovered any dupes?

Review EOS Everyday Hand Lotions

EOS Everyday Hand Lotions $3.99 (each)
These are in Berry Blossom & Everyday Hand Lotion (Nourish.)

Of the two I definitely prefer the scent of Berry Blossom. It smells like a girly berry smoothie! --if that makes any sense.

I honestly wish they made Berry Blossom in perfume form!

I looked on the website to check if any of their other products had the same scent, and the most similar one was Pomegranate Raspberry, does anyone know if they're the same or similar?

The scent of Everyday Hand Lotion (Nourish) is a clean, perfume-y scent!

They're both light, and dry down quickly. They don't feel at all greasy!

Perfect as a quick fix for dry hands or cuticles.

Because they are light, for very dry hands I'd recommend applying a thick layer on hands before bed.

Overall, I would recommend these hand lotions!

Review Deep Steep Dry Oil Body Spritzer

Dry Oil Body Spritzer in Grapefruit Bergamot $12.95 for 4 oz
Awwww let's get a close-up of that cute little duck!
Moving on to the product itself..

This stuff is awesome!

use it everyday, which is rare for me because I usually don't use body sprays OR oils daily & this is a combination of both.

The scent is more of a sweet grapefruit scent rather than bitter. Similar to fruit-y cereal (you know, the one with the tucan!)

Once applied it smells somewhat floral with an undertone of apricot, and a hint of sweetness.

I think the reason it smells somewhat floral on me is because of the pomegranate oil. While pomegranates smell very fruity, they also have a similar tone to certain flowers.

Of course this depends on your body chemistry, it'll smell different on everyone.

It's moisturizing without being greasy or oily feeling. It absorbs into the skin quickly, and makes my skin feel really soft!

Deep Steep provided me with this product to review, BUT I love it so much that I've since ordered another one of their products to review!

For more information about this brand or their products visit http://www.deepsteep.com/

Overall, I would totally recommend this product!

Swatched - Nuance Mineral Eyeshadow Duo in Plum/Putty

Lovely colors! The Plum shade is especially gorgeous.

These shadows have a great texture!

Have you tried anything from the Nuance line?
