Marigolds, Mahogany, and Moss

Products used
Stila Make an Impression in Moscow Palette
Wet 'n Wild Coloricon Eyeliner in Green
Technic Duo Volumising Extension Mascara (not pictured)

Apply peach shade to lids.
Place brown shade in the crease and blend.
Line 2/3 of upper lash-line, as well as your waterline and inner corners. I also smudged some liner on the lower lash-line.

Generally you would connect the inner corner line with the upper line, but I decided not to as it tends to close off eyes.

Apply mascara.

The finished look..

Crimson, Chartreuse & Sapphire

Products used
Stila Color Wheel (Colors used are circled.)
Technic Duo Volumising Extension Mascara
e.l.f Liquid Eyeliner in Midnight
e.l.f Eyelash Curler (not pictured)

Prime eyes if needed.

Apply red shade to lids.
Add a chartreuse shade to the crease, almost to brow.
Next add a sapphire shade between the red and chartreuse. Be sure to blend out the edges, but don't over blend because it will make the shadow look muddy.
Add a white, shimmery hightlight.

Using a navy liner to line upper lashline. Wing it out.

Curl lashes, apply mascara.

The finished look..
As you can see it really brings out the green tones of my brogrebleu eyes.

If you have green or blue eyes this would be stunning on you!

GeoGirl Cosmetics - Good News!

This brand launched in February exclusively at Walmart (now also available at Drugstore.com)
I've been waiting for months for their site to be up to ask about their animal testing policy, but I didn't have to. On their website in the FAQ section it says..

Q: Does geoGiRL test their cosmetics on animals?

A: That would be pretty gross!!!! As U may have already noticed, we R critter-friendly. (Note the birds, bugs & furry creatures on our packages.) But it’s great that U’re concerned about animal testing. We had the same concerns, which is why we decided from the very beginning of geoGiRL that we would not test our products on animals. Of course, there is a chance that once-upon-a-time, someone else tested some of the ingredients we use in our products on animals. U see, many ingredients, including some of our preservatives, R industry standards that have been used 4 many, many years—way-before people became aware of animal rights. However, any new ingredient or product developed by geoGiRL strictly adheres 2 our no-animal testing policy.
Obviously, we R concerned about product safety, which is why our guinea pigs R people—human volunteers. & we also rely on existing information about formulations & colors 2 verify product safety.
This brand is targeted towards "tweens" however, the cute packaging draws me in, and I'm curious to see if their products are any good.
I'll definitely be trying some of their products once I'm off project pan!
Have you tried GeoGirl products? are you interested in trying them?

This is in the shade Rose. It's also available in 5 other shades.

Here's how it looks swatched..
& applied. (Lid)
It's a gorgeous, shimmery candy pink color.

The texture is different than any other cream shadow type product I've used. It's not exactly creamy, but it's not gel like either.

I have slight difficulty getting an even wash of color, I think this is due to the fact that it's mostly shimmer, and can be sheer unless built up. I'm unsure if this is only with this shade or all of them.

As for lasting power this creased on me unless I used a primer, but even so by the end of the day it had faded considerably.

Where packaging is concerned I think the tube is cute, but it can be difficult to dispense the right amount of product.

Overall, though I love the color, considering the price I would not recommend this product. If it were cheaper I would probably purchase other colors to see if the pigment/staying power/texture was better/different.

Swatches
Left to right

Cherry, Tahiti, and Baby Pink.

Let's start off with my favorite, the Lip Glaze in Cherry.

The texture is fantastic! Creamy, and soft. It's very glossy, and not at all sticky.
The pigmentation is great, and even once it wears off it leaves behind a stain.
The packaging is adorable, It has fruit & flowers all over.

My new favorite lipstick formulation!

Next, is the the Satin Eye Shadow in Tahiti

Sadly I was really disappointed with this product although it's lovely on (It gives a gorgeous shimmer)...
...no matter what it creases on me!

I tried using a primer, and layering shadow over the top, but still no luck.
I was really hoping It'd stay put because I love the effect it gives.

The texture is very interesting for a cream shadow type product, it's neither cream nor gel it's actually quite hard, but still easy to apply.

Lastly we have the Pot Rouge in Baby Pink

Similar in texture to the Satin Eye Shadow, but a lot less hard and slightly gel like.
The color is pretty, and when used sparingly gives a nice, natural flush.
It didn't dry out my skin or make it oily, and it seemed to last well.

I did have a small issue with the packaging of the Satin Eye Shadow & Pot Rouge, if you hold them upside-down the product will fall out in one big chunk. This is why my Pot Rouge is nicked at the corner. Just don't hold them upside-down with the lid off and you'll be fine!

They also included some body butter samples (love how they were packaged!)
I haven't tried them yet, but I'll let you know my thoughts once I do.

Overall I'd definitely recommend the Lip Glaze! I liked the Pot Rouge though I wouldn't say it's an absolute essential. Unfortunately I would not recommend the Satin Eye Shadows.

Yes, I was sent these products by 100% Pure to review (Thanks 100% Pure!) however, by reading my review it's clear that I'm being honest. :)
