I'll start off by saying I love this body scrub!
It has a lot of exfoliating grains, the grains are corn grits.
It has a gorgeous scent, and even once rinsed off it leaves behind a fresh, lily scent.
My skin feels amazing after using this! Since it's for dry skin it's not drying, and it actually leaves behind a layer of moisture, but you probably would still need to use a lotion/body butter afterwards. It leave my skin feeling lovely, and very smooth.
Advantages

Not tested on animals

Tag (thought it was a nice touch, and liked that it was informative)
Disadvantages
A bit pricey
Can be difficult to rinse off
Overall I recommend, but I'm not sure if I would repurchase because I think I could find a cheaper dupe. Please let me know if you prefer long or short reviews.

ReplyDeleteOh, I love body scrubs because they make you all soft and silky but I have dry skin so I don't usually use them. I'm glad to hear this is moisturizing! It sounds pretty too haha. And I like long reviews, I want to hear everything you have to say!

Thanks for this detailed post. You got me interested in trying out that body scrub. I need something like that, although I think you're right in that I could probably find a cheaper dupe for it. I really dislike things that are hard to wash off anyway.

ReplyDeleteBoth long and short reviews have their benefits. I have no problem with reading your longer reviews (maybe because I write such long ones myself.) I love the scent of lily...hrm. Let me know how long the bottle lasts. Maybe it's worth the price tag? :D

It should hopefully last a while because I only use it 2x a week. :)
I think this length of a review is find, you hit the main points with the advantages and disadvantages. If you had more to say and made it longer, I would not be turned off. I hope that makes sense. :)
