The one I have is in Plum.
It's a dark purple with a metallic sheen.
Without mascara
With mascara on top & bottom lashes.
I didn't curl my lashes.
Sorry about the crazy eye, flash is painful!
As you can see it's a very natural looking mascara, it doesn't even look like I have mascara on.
I don't notice any visible plum tint.
If you're curious how the wand looks
An issue I have with this mascara is that as you can see, the stopper is quite small so you don't get much product on the wand.
This mascara is best if you're looking for something natural & lengthening.
It doesn't curl or thicken lashes.
It's very easy to remove, according to the description on the site you can remove it with soap & water, I just use makeup wipes or olive oil.

Overall I do like this mascara I just wish it did more curling, and thickening.
*sigh* You know I love your lashes! They're so long, even without mascara.
ReplyDeleteWow, I can't really tell that you have mascara on in the pictures with it! This looks like it would be a nice product for people who want definition and darkening, but I like dramatic mascara, so I'll be passing on this product!

My Choices are Urban Decay, MAC or Shiseido. Which one is good for foundation & powder & overall? :D

ReplyDeleteThat is definitely a VERY natural looking mascara. I hardly notice the difference - mostly because you already have such lovely lashes. How many coats did you apply?

it looks like decent products.. but I am more into mascara looks like clump of mascara on my eyelashes... ^_^ I know it is probably a No-No.

ReplyDeleteThanks! Trust me though, they're a pain because of the length, most mascaras look too dramatic and give that "spider lash" efftect. Also when you get an eyelash in your eye it hurts about 10x more haha :)

I'm sorry I have no idea when it comes to foundation & powder! However, I really love Urban Decay, and they're 100% against animal testing so I would go with UD :) Their liner & shadows rock.

I only did one coat in the photos, but I've tried doing 2 coats, and it did give a more dramatic effect.

Hm, I'm not so much a fan of Benefit, I used to be obsessed until I found out they test on animals! :( If UD doesn't work out how about Tarte? I've never tried anything from Tarte so I'd be interested to see stuff about them!
